Archiving a USB stick is easy. USBarchive© can be stored in a standard folder.  Many clients are already using the USB archive. Catalogue data, information and company presentations can be stored on the USB stick. The USB archive is an HM innovation. The design is flat, as large as a post card and the entire surface can be printed on in 4c print.
Online archives are located on servers or in databases.  The novelty of USBarchive© is both.  Digital data on a USB stick that, in turn, can be stored in a folder or archive medium. Therefore, data is mobile and permanently archivable.  The advantages of the product are obvious.  Thanks to the lightweight of 50g, a 1,000-page catalogue is always quite light.  Regardless of how much you save on it. Flexible storage capacity also allows for low-cost use.  The USB archive is also called the USB folder. However, this variation is not recommended.  The archiving function is at the forefront with the USBarchive©.

The USB Stick USBarchive© as your personal records archive

A records archive normally stores documentation physically. That way, records, folders and documents are well stored. A safe that is fire and water-resistant is recommended. However, what happens to the digital data? External hard drives and simple CD ROMs are not enough. Even if the archive is just created temporarily.  Thus, large memory networks with many folders are not feasible – even impossible. The search effort is enormous.  Therefore, the USB archive can be used for temporary storage, every topic can be allocated an archive and then data can be filed there. The USB stick can be taken from the archive often and the data can be made available.  H3KBWPSJNMZG

USBarchive© has a simple archiving function. It can be stored in any standard File with its standard ISO eyelets.  The USB stick also has another very helpful function. USBarchive© and USB file are used as synonyms for this. Thereby, the term USB file has a double meaning. The USBarchive© provides data storage in a data folder AND the USB stick can be stored in a folder or filing system. This is how this USB stick got the name USBarchive©.
