USBarchive© has a simple archiving function. It can be stored in any standard File with its standard ISO eyelets.  The USB stick also has another very helpful function. USBarchive© and USB file are used as synonyms for this. Thereby, the term USB file has a double meaning. The USBarchive© provides data storage in a data folder AND the USB stick can be stored in a folder or filing system. This is how this USB stick got the name USBarchive©.

USBarchiveUSBarchive© is an archiving option for data with smaller or larger storage capacity. Advantages of the USBarchive© are that it is flat and it can be filed in a standard folder by means of ISO standard eyelets. Additionally, the USBarchive© can be written on with a permanent marker. Thereby, one can see what is saved on the small stick from the outside. This archiving system is a new development from HM©. The flash memory is non-volatile and can be re-used on computers without any problems. The space-saving version can remain in the folder on a permanent basis. This type of archiving is especially interesting or catalogue data, because the catalogue will always have a format of just 148 x 105 mm, 3 mm thick and weigh less than 50 g. USBarchive© is a space-saving miracle. The small insert is easily replaced as soon as a newer catalogue comes or new data is recorded. Affordable in production, flexible handling and can be utilised on notebooks and eReaders, which do not have an integrated CD rom drive. Thus, the CD becomes obsolete. The USB stick is not yet competitive concerning price. Nevertheless, the application and function are well worth it.
